I’m writing this review because I recently stopped by the shop in Addison, and I’m so glad I did. Nate was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was dreading going to the Lexus dealership to get my glove compartment fixed, but Nate saved me about $700!

The only thing he asked me to do was write a review, so here I am. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. Great service, honest work, and a friendly experience. Thank you, Nate!

Sherry and Nate took great care of me inspite of having to replace my motor at the beginning of the year and then my transmission a few months later! They were patient even though I was frustrated and very knowledgeable. Thank you and if I have to get anything done again I will definitely be back’

Finding a mechanic you can trust is super tricky. When I moved to Addison I'm so glad my mom found this place. They are great at what they do with good prices. Absolutely found my mechanic

I have used Sherry and her team for years. They are the best! My last Yukon lasted 250,000 and was still running strong when I sold it. My current Yukon just turned 106,000 and feels brand new!

Sherry, Nate, and the mechanics are a true blessing! Nate was truly great at making sure action was taken! He immediately had my sons car inspected, diagnosed, and repaired. . Addison Automotive went above and beyond for me. They diagnosed and repaired my son's car quickly! The staff is honest, kind, and genuinely care about helping people — not just fixing cars. It’s rare to find such trustworthy and reliable service these days. I’m so thankful for their fantastic work and the peace of mind they gave me. I highly recommend to anyone who needs an honest and dependable automotive service they can rely on! I am so thankful I finally found a place I can continue with, for all my family auto care needs.
